Organization Verification Readiness Checklist
Use this before starting or retrying organization verification. Consistency is more important than repeatedly changing fields without understanding the mismatch.
Confirm the legal organization name you intend to use is consistent across official and public records.
Check the business address for spelling, formatting and current validity.
Review the organization website and make sure it clearly represents the business.
Use an organization-controlled email address and reachable contact details where possible.
Check D-U-N-S or other business-record information for consistency before entering it in Play Console.
Do not alter identity or business documents to force a match; resolve the underlying record mismatch instead.
Confirm the person completing verification is authorized to act for the organization.
Keep copies of the exact information submitted so later changes can be compared accurately.
Check the payments profile and developer profile for conflicting names, addresses or organization types.
Open all public URLs from a logged-out browser to confirm Google reviewers can access them.
Review any Play Console warning word-for-word before changing information.
If a verification attempt fails, document the notice and what was submitted before trying a different route.

Work through each item using your current project and Play Console information. If an item does not apply, document why. Keep screenshots or notes for important decisions so you can trace what changed if a review issue appears later.
