General terms governing enquiries and services provided by DirectFetch.
Service scope
The scope, deliverables, dependencies, fees and support period for paid work should be agreed before execution.
Third-party platforms
Google, app stores, payment providers and other third parties control their own policies and decisions. DirectFetch cannot guarantee approvals, reinstatements, rankings, production access or other outcomes controlled by third parties.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, lawful information and maintaining control of credentials and sensitive authentication methods unless a specific secure workflow is agreed.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for fraud, impersonation, policy evasion, unauthorized access or other unlawful activity.
