Create an access map
List owners, admins, contractors, devices and organizations that legitimately interacted with the account. Note dates and reasons.
Document business relationships
If an agency, developer or service provider worked on multiple accounts, preserve contracts and authorization records that explain the relationship.
Avoid evasion tactics
Changing devices, networks or identities to hide relationships is not a compliant solution and can make the situation worse.
Appeal with evidence
A useful appeal explains the legitimate facts and directly addresses the notice without speculative accusations or unrelated detail.
